Created in 2025 during the Shoes Mastercourse by Kobi Levi and René van den Berg in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands, the piece explores the balance between structure and freedom, wearability and art.
While the silhouette reads as architectural, it remains grounded in traditional shoemaking principles, with close attention paid to weight distribution, fit, and durability. The boot functions as a wearable object that records motion and use, positioning footwear as both a functional artifact and a sculptural expression
